Hi, I’m Alex, and after two decades in FTSE 100, I help founders build companies and lives that run as good as they look.

The corporate world didn't need me, and I didn't need it. The businesses that actually needed me were the scrappy, brilliant small businesses drowning in chaos.

Now I work as a fractional Ops expert and Human Design strategist helping founders stop being the bottleneck — so they can take real holidays, hire with confidence, and scale without the spiral.
